Feedback from traders who completed our coaching cohorts, workshops, and lab sessions.

Week four changed how I mark VN30 futures. Duc had us redraw the same range five times across different timeframes until the boundaries stopped shifting. I still take occasional mid-range trades out of habit, but my journal shows fewer of them since March.

Entry Discipline Coaching, January 2026

The Chart Reading Lab was blunt in a useful way. Khoa pointed out that my stop on a USD/VND position sat inside the range, not beyond the boundary. Uncomfortable to hear, but I adjusted the next three trades accordingly.

Chart Reading Lab, February 2026

Saturday labs are my favourite format. Watching six people mark the same chart and disagree on the upper boundary teaches more than any slide deck. I wish Saturday sessions ran longer — two hours feels tight when the group gets into a good debate.

Hoa's workbook exercises on false breakouts matched situations I was seeing on FPT and VHM weekly charts. The weekend felt rushed for someone new to ranges, but the follow-up PDF recordings helped me review at my own pace.

Range Foundations Workshop, November 2025

Case study: Rebuilding entries after a mid-range losing streak

Participant: Anh K., forex trader (primarily EUR/USD and GBP/JPY), enrolled in Entry Discipline Coaching after logging eleven consecutive losses inside a three-week period — all entries between the 40% and 60% level of established ranges.

Starting point: Anh could identify ranges visually but entered when price "looked like it might turn" rather than at a marked boundary with confirmation. Stop placement averaged 18 pips inside the range edge.

Intervention: Weeks 1–2 focused exclusively on boundary markup without live trading. Weeks 3–4 introduced the pre-trade checklist requiring a confirmation candle print before entry. Anh paper-traded fourteen setups; instructor feedback flagged seven mid-range attempts before execution.

Outcome after cohort: Over the following eight weeks (self-reported, not verified by FlowRoute), Anh reduced live mid-range entries from roughly 60% of trades to 22%. Win rate improved modestly; the larger change was average risk-reward, which moved from 0.8:1 to 1.4:1 as stops migrated outside boundaries. Anh noted that patience remained the hardest part on fast GBP/JPY sessions.

Case study: First range workshop for an equity swing trader

Participant: Phuong L., HOSE swing trader holding positions three to ten days, attended Range Foundations Workshop with no prior formal range training.

Focus: Phuong traded breakouts from consolidation but had no vocabulary for when a breakout was likely to fail. Day two's false-break module used three HOSE examples from the prior month.

Result: Phuong enrolled in Practice Lab for six consecutive Saturdays, applying boundary markup to her existing watchlist. She reported catching two failed-break fade setups on HPG and MWG in February that matched the workshop template — one winner, one scratch. She has not enrolled in full coaching yet, citing schedule constraints during Q1 earnings season.
